Loviste Land…

Country Lovistei is a micro-region in northern current historical Valcea county, consists of localities Perisani, Racovita, Titesti, Boisoara, Caineni

Little explored, Country Lovistei dated 1233 and is bordered by the Fagaras Mountains Parang is crossed by rivers and Olt Lotru, in this part of the county, nature offers one who is really ready to know. Land Lovistei consumed and a decisive tab in Romanian history.

The famous Posada s here, according to leading historians, near Perisani a pliers consisting of rocks, was caught and defeated Hungarian king Charles Robert Danjou by Basarab I, although there are contrary opinions about the location famous battles.

Perisani village is located in northern Lovistei Depression, the mountain depression of the Carpathians, in the ancient Land of Lovistei.

Lovistea ethnographic area, which belongs to the commune of Perisani, constitutes a particular area, on the one hand due to the lenght of its hostory, and on the other due to the specific mountain area.

Area of outstanding natural beauty and cultural richness, Caineni village is an attraction for many tourists. Thanks to regional management, tax incentives and benefits at area level there are many ways to invest in tourism and leisure tourism.

Caineni Village is located in north county Valcea, in the foothills southwest of Fagaras Mountains and the south-eastern mountains Lotrului, on the middle of the river Olt, in the Gorge Turnu Rosu-tails, common Caineni is not only the most northern locality county, but that marks the north of the country Lovistei.

Lovistei land is located in a mountainous region, it is crossed by numerous valleys, streams, springs all part of the Olt River basin.

One of the most important valleys in Lovistea is Boia, which flows from the southern slope of the mountain Scale-neighbor Negoiul, gather all the springs and valleys and flows into the river Olt.

A tributary of oxen which comes from the east and flows from Mount Clabucet is Boisoara Valley, where he took the name and village Boisoara. Tranquility and beauty of the place is breathtaking.

Besides  the famous Posada, the area offers hiking enthusiasts tens of kilometers of trails light. For those enthusiasts of Country Lovistei can be reached by car or even on foot Valley Lotrului and trips to Obarsia Lotrului and Transalpina are recommended.
