Phoenicia Blue View from Olimp, Romania

Phoenicia Blue View from Olimp, Romania

Olimp Resort on the Southern Black Sea coast, in Romania, had a very good reputation during the Communist period of this country. Tourists from all over Europe were looking for this place, as it was an emblematic resort for the Romanian coast. The Panoramic-Amphitheater-Belvedere complex, built on the beach in front of an artificial bay, on a mountain slope, provides luxury services for its guests. Composed of three hotels, on the fourth floor it had a terrace that stretched along the entire length of the three hotels, thus joining them and was extremely appreciated for the spectacular scenery.

Unfortunately, after the Romanian Revolution of 1989, no longer having interest and funds, the resort gradually degraded, eventually becoming abandoned and uninhabited. The same thing happened with the rest of Olimp Resort.

Phoenicia company group, a group that owns a chain of hotels on the Romanian coast and in other cities in Romania, has brought this destination back on the tourism map. An investment of 40 million euros has managed to transform an abandoned place into an extraordinary resort that rises to the standards of the 21st century.

Standard rooms, double rooms, apartments, each with the latest generation facility are offered to those who want a vacation here.

Often, a certain resort depends almost entirely on a certain construction. This is the case in Olympus. Renamed Phoenicia Blue View, the resort has brought the entire resort back to life. Tourists from Romania and certainly also from abroad discover the charm of this place as well as the benefits and the high standard of services offered today by the new owners.

With rooms with a superb design and decor, most of them overlooking the sea, restaurants where chefs from “Mandaloun” cook – one of the most popular restaurants in Romania’s capital, Bucharest. The private beach, the swimming pools in front of each hotel, the children’s playgrounds and the extraordinary live shows every night complete the offer.

Phoenicia Blue View reopened under this name this year, 2020, being a great success despite the countless setbacks caused by the Covid pandemic. Succeeding not only in renovating, reopening but also offering high quality services and safety to tourists, these are the achievements of this company group led by Murad Mohammad, a Romanian businessman of Lebanese origin.

The whole resort is designed in such a way as to offer those who cross its threshold a complete experience. From the beach to the pools, from the restaurant to the confectionery or bar. Playgrounds, parks hidden in vegetation suitable for reading in a hammock or free parking.

Probably the most beautiful view of this resort, the moment when it really reveals its beauty is the evening. The lights, the special shape of the construction and the positioning make everything look like in a summer dream.

Phoenicia Blue View is the newest and most luxurious resort open on the Romanian coast and awaits its guests with open arms.
