I would like to be known as an adventurer who loves nature and stuff, very spontaneous and fun loving guy. As i was born in the lap of Himalayas i was always fascinated with the mountains above my head. I always wanted to reach the top of the Mount Everest and look what it’s like to see the world from the roof of the world.
What did your parents say?
They were quite surprised when i told them about my wish to climb Mt. Everest. Everybody supported me except my mom. She was against it maybe because of my age and the fear of risks that follows while climbing Everest.
For how longdid you prepare to climb the Everest and how?
I did some basic course. Climed few peaks (6000 meters) before the expedition
It must been themost wonderful day of yourlifebut witch was the most difficult part of your experience?
Yes, indeed it was the most wonderful day of my life. Climbing Everest is no joke there are so many little things/risks that follows and Altitude was the biggest challenge. The higher you go the more you suffer. Also you have to be mentally and physically prepared.
Can you describe Everest in 3 words?
The Everest for me is Both a Beauty and the Beast and the last word would be Magnificent
I once watched a movie about Everest and I noticed how hard it isto decide to go on on this adventure and to know whento stop. You took this risk with a lot of courage and learned new things about you?
Every step you take leads to your destination no matter how hard it is.

Do you intend to make another recordin the next period? What is the most important thing for you in this period?
I have no such plans for now. If everything goes well, i see myself completing the seven summits. In this period of time i choose my happiness, I like to spend time with my family and friends. and i also want to contribute a little for the betterment of my Country (Particularly in Tourism Sector)
I like to tell people something about dreams, your dream it was to go to Everest. Is important to take risks to make something important?
It is important to take risks in life, nothing in life comes free. Frankly, Adventure lies in taking risk in life. If i had stepped back thinking about all the risks and dangers i would not be where i am today. My passion was greater than my fear. Don’t let the fear win you.
I m very proud that my daughter met you. When she left to China she was only 16 years old and everyone told us we are crazy but we trust Andreea and we didn’t cut she wings. She wanted tofly and to leave her comfort zone. Now she is stronger . We risked it and she won. You think people would think differently if they would have the courage to fulfill their dreams? Could be happier?
Everything in life revolves around happiness. You won’t be able to move forward if you’re not happy. You must take risks to achieve something big. I respect you for what you did for your daughter . She is stronger because of a courageous Mother like you.
